What will you be doing

You will be responsible for ensuring our customer data it correct across internal systems. You will work cohesively with all parts of the organisation to ensure the correct administrative procedures are followed and have excellent attention to detail as well as be proactive in daily activities.

As a Sales Administrator you will be working within several CRM and SaaS systems and experience in doing so would be an advantage.

You will work under the direction of the Customer Retention Manager in an office-based role to support the implementation of technology for our customers.

Key responsibilities will include

  • Managing new accounts and ensuring accurate input into the CRM
  • Processing new customer subscriptions purchases
  • Processing subscription renewals
  • Collecting data from channel partners
  • Ensuring correct data is provided internally
  • Fielding queries and clarifying data from channel partners regarding subscriptions
  • Ensuring customers have CPD where necessary
  • Connecting several systems for each customer
  • Inviting users to the ClassVR portal
  • Collecting details from customers
  • Cleansing data in our systems in relation to customers

Ideally you will have

Essential

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
  • Able to work in a fast paced, high growth environment
  • Be able to build a rapport quickly with stakeholders
  • The ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve success

Desirable

  • Experience working with CRM and online sales tools
  • Experience working directly with customers
  • Broad understanding of SaaS
  • Experience of working in an accounts or sales team.

  • A quick learner who can assimilate new information and has a passion for self-development.
  • A well-organised approach to managing workload, being able to prioritise effectively and demonstrate strong time-management skills
